Hello gentle viewers, actually, I think I should say "Readers." How is everyone? Good, I hope. Let's make this short and sweet, okay? And by "short and sweet" I mean I have a lot to blog about, so please don't leave. I was originally on Blogspot.com with my, I would describe it as, modern, hipster-esque, pop culture, exploiting, street fashion blog, with a bit of my personal experiences. Anyways, as great as BlogSpot is, it just wasn't clicking with me. I guess I had too many great ideas that I wasn't able to execute. You can still view the old posts at http://uglyfashionista.blogspot.com/ to get a feel of what I'm like, or write about, you
know?

Moving on. Let's get down to business and ironically, that's what my next blog is about. Take one part attractive, young female from New York and one part extreme braiding talent. This isn't some silly white girl who thinks she knows...this girl knows. I met Sarah T. in my drafting class, yes, the infamous INT130...ugh, but that's another blog to come. Moving on...Sarah and I hit it off, kind of like, well, Sarah and I (ha, I'm sure someone gets that one). I admit at first, I was a little hesitant about getting to know her...guess those beautiful eyes kind of intimidate me. So Sarah runs her own little braiding business, its pretty rad, and a 25 year old doing all that? I say kudos to you! Here's the catch, she does black people hair, yes, all you nappy headed hoes can rest easy with Sarah on your side. I remember her telling me, “I do hair" but as she says "I'm no hairstylist by any means." Her work is pretty amazing; later on I'll be putting up some of my favorite pictures and a link to her page. She does everything from dreads, twists, and kids’ hair and so on...Sarah Tidd: Licensed Braider. Make an appointment or write her a message at jckofalltrades1983@yahoo.com.
Here are some childrens' styles. Notice the shapes? I like the heart. Now who do you know does this? Exactly.
Loving the swerve you got going on, dude! I'm sure Sarah will be doing my nappy head soon, you know, if my hair ever grows back. I'm alsoliking the guy in the picture below. Those are some pretty cool hsapes you got gong on.
(ps: send some feedback, it's much appriciated)
Those are some tight braids...literally and figuratively.
Check out the "B" intial.
